By downloading, installing, or using the DueDay mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

- Payment reminders and notifications

- Cloud backup functionality
- Pro features available through in-app purchases
3. User Accounts and Responsibilities
3.1 Account Creation
You may use the App without creating an account. Some features may require account creation or authentication with third-party services (e.g., Google Drive for cloud backup).
3.2 User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Ensuring the accuracy of information you provide
- Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
4. Pro Features and In-App Purchases
4.1 Pro Subscription
DueDay offers Pro features available through in-app purchases. Pro features include:
- Cloud backup to Google Drive
- Data restore functionality
- Advanced analytics
- Priority support
4.2 Payment Terms
Pro subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Payment will be charged to your account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
4.3 Refunds
Refund requests must be made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
4.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time through your device's subscription settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Interfere with or disrupt the App or servers connected to the App
- Use automated systems to access the App without permission
- Share your account with others or create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by BytedMind and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App without our prior written consent.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may integrate with third-party services including:
- Google Drive: For cloud backup functionality
- RevenueCat: For in-app purchase processing
- Apple App Store / Google Play Store: For app distribution and payments
Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of these third-party services.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or that it will be error-free.
8.2 Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data displayed in the App. You are responsible for verifying subscription information.
8.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BytedMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BytedMind, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
10. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
