2.1 Information Stored Locally (Not Collected by Us)

- Subscription Data: Information about your subscriptions including service names, amounts, billing cycles, due dates, and notes
- Settings: Your preferences including currency, language, theme, and notification settings
This data remains on your device unless you choose to back it up to your Google Drive account (see Section 2.3).
2.2 Information We Collect
We only collect the following information:
- Pro Purchase Information: If you purchase Pro features, RevenueCat (our payment processor) collects transaction and purchase information necessary to process your payment and manage your subscription. This includes purchase receipts, subscription status, and payment method information.
2.3 Third-Party Services
- Google Drive: If you enable cloud backup, your subscription data is stored in your own Google Drive account. We only access the "DueDay Backups" folder we create to store and retrieve your backup files. Your data remains in your Google Drive account and is not collected by us.
- RevenueCat: For in-app purchases and subscription management, we use RevenueCat which collects payment and transaction information when you purchase Pro features. RevenueCat's privacy practices are governed by their own privacy policy.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Process in-app purchases and manage Pro subscriptions through RevenueCat
- Verify your Pro subscription status to enable Pro features
- Respond to your support requests
Note: Your subscription data and settings are processed locally on your device. We do not access, collect, or transmit this information. When you use Google Drive backup, your data is stored in your own Google Drive account, and we only access the backup folder to store and retrieve your backup files at your request.
4. Data Storage and Security
4.1 Local Storage
Your subscription data and settings are stored locally on your device using secure storage mechanisms. We do not have access to this data unless you explicitly share it with us.
4.2 Cloud Backup
If you enable Google Drive backup, your data is stored in your Google Drive account. We only access the backup folder we create and do not access any other files in your Google Drive.
4.3 Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. Your subscription data is stored locally on your device and is never shared with us or third parties.
We may share information only in the following circumstances:
- Payment Processing: Pro purchase information is shared with RevenueCat to process payments and manage subscriptions. RevenueCat's use of this information is governed by their privacy policy.
- Google Drive: When you use cloud backup, your data is stored in your own Google Drive account. We only access the backup folder we create, and your data remains under your control in your Google account.
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

You have the right to:
- Access: View all data stored in the App
- Delete: Delete all your data using the "Delete All Data" feature in settings
- Export: Export your data as a backup file
- Opt-out: Disable notifications or cloud backup at any time
- Account Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
7. Children's Privacy
DueDay is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
8. International Data Transfers
Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that differ from those in your country.
